Business Dashboards & BI

Turn disparate data into unified clarity. We develop custom BI dashboards merging marketing, HR, operational, and ERP data together.

What a custom management dashboard is

A custom management dashboard is a layer that collects data from several systems, applies the company own calculation rules and shows the result up to date, without depending on someone exporting files at month end.

What sets it apart from an ERP report is where the data comes from: the dashboard crosses ERP, CRM, invoicing and spreadsheets, and that is where the indicators no single system can calculate appear.

What makes it useful

  • ETL merging unrelated databases cleanly
  • Custom visualizations for financial/op KPIs
  • Automated alerts for threshold deviations
  • Machine Learning backed forecast modules

Scattered Data

Deciding on gut feeling rather than facts? Disparate info makes monthly reports slow, heavy, and often irrelevant when finally ready.

Signs reporting is arriving too late

  • The month figures are only ready two or three weeks after close.
  • Each department brings its own version of the same indicator and they do not match.
  • There is a person whose real job is compiling files for the management meeting.
  • When someone asks why a number moved, nobody can answer.

What it integrates with

A dashboard is worth the sources it connects to. Connected to one it is a report; connected to several it starts answering new questions.

  • ERP and invoicing, for revenue, margin and account balances
  • CRM, for pipeline, conversion rate and sales forecast
  • Internal databases and existing spreadsheets
  • Marketing and advertising platforms, for cost of acquisition
  • HR systems, for team cost and hours

How the project runs

Four phases. Scope, timeline and price are fixed at the end of the second, and from there on there is no budget revision halfway through.

  1. 01

    Assessment

    30 minutes

We understand the operation, the systems in use and where the manual work sits. Free and with no commitment to proceed.

  2. 02

    Discovery and proposal

    2 weeks

We map the real process, design the architecture and list the integrations. Scope, timeline and price close here.

  3. 03

    Build

    6 to 12 weeks

Two-week cycles with a demo at the end of each one. You validate every delivery before we move to the next.

  4. 04

    Go live

    1 to 2 weeks

Data migration, team training and documentation. Three months of support included after delivery.

What it costs

We publish the numbers so you can decide before talking to us. These are real ranges from projects we run, not a price list. The exact figure closes in the proposal and does not change halfway through.

Single-area dashboard

€10,000 to €20,000

One main data source and the indicators of one department.

Management dashboard

€20,000 to €35,000

Three to five sources crossed, with financial and operational indicators.

Analytics platform

from €35,000

Your own data warehouse, history and forecasting, with access by role.

Frequently asked

It depends on the source. What comes by API usually refreshes hourly or near real time; what comes from legacy systems, once a day. We set that per indicator during discovery, because refreshing everything by the minute costs more and rarely changes a decision.
Not always. For three or four sources and moderate volumes, connecting directly is enough. A warehouse is justified when you need history the source systems delete, or when queries start weighing on the ERP.
That is the most common case, and it always shows up in discovery. When the data does not support the indicator you asked for, we say so before starting: sometimes the first project is tidying the source, not building the dashboard.
When an off-the-shelf tool plugged into the ERP already answers the questions being asked. A custom dashboard pays off when the indicator that matters requires crossing systems that do not talk.
